Frequently Asked Questions

Answers from our team. We’ve guided pilgrims for over ten years.

Can my family join me to perform Hajj/Umrah in Saudi from Nigeria while I live in the U.S.?

Yes. We arrange our “Hajj/Umrah-land package” so your family can join you in Saudi Arabia from Nigeria. We coordinate timing so you meet upon arrival and perform the rites together.

Does the Deluxe Hajj package include the Saudi Royalty fee (~$274.40)?

No. The Hajj package price does not include the mandatory Royalty fee (about $295). It must be paid directly to the Saudi government by money order or cashier’s check.

Are Ad-dhahyyah/Dhabeerah/Qurbani (sacrificial lamb) fees included?

No. Qurbani is not included in package pricing. The usual $125 fee is paid separately. Our team makes the arrangements and ensures the rite is properly performed.

Can you arrange Hajj/Umrah for my family living in Nigeria while I’m in the U.S.?

Yes. We routinely coordinate Hajj/Umrah for loved ones in Nigeria—parents, spouses, siblings, and extended family. We handle logistics so it’s smooth and spiritually focused.

Can I route my return ticket via Nigeria after Hajj/Umrah?

Yes. We can issue your ticket with a Nigeria stop on the way home after Hajj/Umrah for an additional, reasonable fare difference.

Who handles the Hajj visa and how long does it take?

We manage the process end-to-end. U.S. pilgrims submit online; West Africa pilgrims coordinate with our team. Processing windows vary by official schedules; we keep you updated and confirm when your visa is issued.

What’s included in your package pricing?

Core inclusions typically cover accommodations, group transport, guides, and on-site support. Government fees such as Royalty, Qurbani, and optional upgrades are itemized separately for transparency.

Do you support wheelchairs or special assistance?

Yes. Let us know your needs and we’ll coordinate wheelchair rentals, accessible rooms, and pacing adjustments with your group lead.
